Returns & Exchanges
We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days. All we ask is that the item is UNWORN, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.
If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: HOSIERY (STOCKINGS, TIGHTS, HOLD UPS, BODY-STOCKINGS ETC) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
We will not accept any returns that are received back to us outside the 14 day period after the day of you receiving your goods. These returns will be sent back to the customer if they are outside the 14 day period.
When returning your order please contact us and tell us why and we can process this for you. Money will be refunded minus shipping.
The cost of returning items will be the customer’s responsibility, we advise that all parcels are returned using a tracked service.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your returned items once we receive them and for your refund to be processed back onto your card or Paypal.
Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Nikki Intimates.
If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact support@bellus.uk within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.
PLEASE NOTE: Please inspect all items and make sure you are happy with them prior to trying them on. Refunds and Exchanges CANNOT be processed if ANY ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN.
